I have to red lights on my Bissell, it won't run and I haven't use it that often. How do I fix this?
Same question (3) Type your response here Add my commentTo resolve the problem of the two red lights on your Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max, try resetting the machine. First, turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Remove the dirty water tank and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Then, release the power button, securely reattach the dirty water tank, and plug the machine back in. Turn it on and check if the red lights are still present. If they continue, ensure the water tank is filled with clean water and that the brush roll and filter are clean and properly installed. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact Bissell customer service for further assistance.

Post reaction TonyMarch 17, 2022Bad battery or battery controller. Mine had a shorted circuit smell, not easy to replace but I was determined to fix it
Post reaction MattMay 12, 2022Can you share the part number and distributor please?
Post reaction Natalie OrtegaMay 20, 2021I was mopping and when I turned it off, the vacuum was still going. Buttons stopped working, nothing would get the vacuum to stop. It just kept going until the battery died. Now the battery light is one solid red battery and the wifi light. I put it on the charging dock and it won’t charge now either.
Same question (1) Type your response here Add my commentIf the Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max vacuum cleaner continues to operate even after being turned off and the buttons are not responding, there are some steps you can take to solve the problem: 1. Put the vacuum cleaner on the 3-in-1 Docking Station and make sure that the solution in the Clean Water Tank reaches the Clean Out Cycle line. If it doesn't, fill the tank with water up to that line. 2. Check the water level in the Dirty Water Tank and ensure that it is not above the Full line. If it is, empty the tank and replace it before running the Clean Out Cycle. 3. Press the Clean Out Cycle Button to start a 40-second cycle. Note that if the battery runs out, the Clean Out Cycle will not start until the machine has been docked for 30 seconds. 4. Once the cycle is finished, remove the Brush Roll by gripping the Brush Roll window and pulling it upwards. Place the brush in the drying tray and hand wash if necessary. 5. Take the machine off the dock and wipe the tray. Do not rinse it under the faucet to avoid water entering the charging plug. 6. Empty the Dirty Water Tank by pressing the button on the top of the tank, gripping the front handle, and pulling the tank out. 7. Remove the top of the tank by gripping the sides of the filter and pulling it upwards. Lift the strainer tab upwards and out of the tank to separate hair and debris from the dirty water. Dispose of the debris in the trash. 8. Pour the dirty water into the sink and rinse the tank. 9. Pull the filter upwards to remove it from the top of the tank. 10. Wash the filter and screen with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse the bottom of the tank cover. 11. Let all the parts dry completely before reassembling. 12. Insert the end of the brush into the right side of the foot and press the tab of the brush down to lock it in place. 13. Attach the Brush Roll Window by aligning the tabs on the edges of the foot and pushing the window back until it clicks into place. 14. Reattach the Dirty Water Tank by angling it back into the body of the machine. Insert the bottom of the tank first and pivot the top towards the machine until it clicks into place.
